and Refunds
Wedding Cake, Birthday Cakes,
Sculpted Cakes, Event Cakes, Events & Brazilian Truffles.
It is recommended to reserve your
cake with us at least 2-4 weeks in advance.
Because we only accept a limited
number of orders per day, we do fill up quickly.
We require a 50% non-refundable
deposit at the time the order is place, which will be applied to your final
balance. This deposit is not refundable if you cancel your order within
2 weeks of your event. Final balance is due on or before your event.
Deliveries:
There will be additional fees for
delivery.
Prices vary depending on the
location. Please inquire within for an exact delivery fee.
Cake it will delivered carefully to
reception site or destination.
Pick up Policy:
We are not responsible for anything
damaged after pick up.
Quotes:
We reserve the rights to adjust
quotes due to human mathematical error, price increases,
or expired quotes.
Stands, vases & party supplies:
All Stands and kits must be returned
within 5 days following event, clean, intact and
in proper working order.
a. Small Stands: $30.00 Refundable

b. Large Stands and Fountain Kits:
$100.00 Refundable Deposit Required
For all Design cakes, cupcake
towers, Brazilian truffles and party set up:
Any complains should be made on the
same time of delivery (if any), or no refund will be made.
